UPS Ground Shipping
All items that are non-LTL/Truck Freight items will be shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping rates vary based on the weight and dimensions of the item. Tracking information will be provided within 24 to 48 hours of your order and estimated delivery times are between 3 and 5 business days.
Truck Freight Shipping
Oversized items that cannot be shipped via UPS Ground will be shipped via LTL/Truck Freight at a flat rate per item. The specific carrier used for freight shipments depends on the delivery location.

For our no-cost to you delivery to a store or shop near you, we deliver using our nation-wide logistics network of warehouses, cross-docks, and truck fleets to ensure timely delivery. This process allows us to manages the entire logistics chain at every touchpoint resulting in faster delivery and fewer damages while helping support our local shops.

Standard shipping normally takes 2-4 days. Expedited shipping options such as Overnight are available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge).

60-Day No-Hassle Returns
If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply return it for a full refund. To return an item, please contact us at 833-727-8784 or customerservice@partsvia.com and request a return authorization number. Please include the following information when requesting your return:
- Your full name
- Your order reference number (found on your order confirmation)
- The reason for the return (ex: no longer needed, damaged, missing pieces)
Most merchandise can be returned within 60 days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.
All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Please contact us to report damages and obtain a return authorization number.
