No-Toil air filters are constructed with a two-stage foam layer design. Each foam layer has a different pore size allowing optimum trapping area for even the smallest dust particles. The layers of foam are flame-laminated not glued, allowing maximum airflow. The reticulated foam increases dirt stopping surface area and increases foam strength.
