This ACT clutch kit includes a Heavy-Duty pressure plate, Modified Street disc, release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool. The Heavy-Duty pressure plate allows for a 20 to 50 Percent increase in clamp load over the stock unit. ACT’s Heavy-Duty pressure plate features precision CNC machined parts, drive straps and rivets to securely locate contact face to the cover for quiet, trouble-free operation. The Heavy-Duty pressure plate will have a stock to moderate pedal feel. ACT pressure plates feature creative diaphragm designs to increase clamp load, reduce deflection and maximize clutch life. All diaphragms endure an exclusive four-stage, heat-treating process for unparalleled performance. The Heavy-Duty pressure plate meets SFI Specification 1.1. ACT Modified Street discs feature premium organic materials that have increased friction and higher copper content for better heat transfer. These discs are modified with reduced marcel for faster shift action to complement ACT pressure plates. Modified Street discs are recommended for street or occasional race use. The kit is completed with a quality, stock replacement release bearing, pilot bearing and alignment tool.
