These full-roller rocker arm are manufactured utilizing 6061 T-6 billet aluminum extrusions. These are entry level performance rocker arms that may be used with more aggressive cam-shaft profiles. These incorporate full-complement roller trunnion bearings, bearing steel axles and nose rollers, and rated up to 650 Pound of open spring pressure. The billet 6061 aluminum bodies are a dramatic improvement over die-cast aluminum, without the danger of failure from porosity. Our rocker bodies are taken from billet material, then the surface is shot-peened prior to anodization, which in turn offers superior strength over die cast alternatives. Trunnion bearing surfaces are 1/2 Inch in diameter and heat treated to withstand high-er valve spring pressures, more aggressive camshaft lift, and advanced ignition and exhaust timing. These rocker arms will work well in conjunction with performance builds; including high compression engines. There is a wide variety of rocker arm ratios, fully adjustable for solid or hydraulic roller camshafts, available for either 3/8 Inch or 7/16 Inch rocker arm studs with guideplates or self-aligning applications. Rocker arm stud girdles may be incorporated for use with higher valve spring pressures for additional rocker arm stability.
