It also caps off the toilet seal valve or flap while your RV is being stored keeping the unwanted odors out of your RV. The fractionated coconut oil that is used in the OUTHOUSE (R) Toilet Seal Conditioner is anti-rancid and will prevent the foam on the Cap from going rancid when storing the Cap for later use again.
