The aluminum oxide mineral abrasive on our 3M™ Roloc™ Green Corps™ Abrasive Disc provides a sharp cut more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade, and vital in a grinding disc. Abrasive grains are bonded to heavy reinforced cloth backing with a durable, heat-resistant resin. A range of coarse grits make these discs ideal for rust and paint removal, spot weld cutting, gasket removal and metal shaping. 3M's Roloc™ attachment system provides a quick yet secure method of attaching a wide variety of quality abrasive discs to rotary tools. Each Green Corps Abrasive Disc has a plastic threaded button that is color-coded by its grade, making it easy to select the right disc for the application at a glance. The disc screws into a disc pad or disc holder with a short twist, and is removed just as easily.
