These arms have undergone extensive CAD designing and machining to meet our high standards. They are CNC machined in-house from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, bead blasted, Type II anodized gun metal gray, and feature our Camburg logo laser etched. The arms utilize a larger FK 1-1/4 Inch uniball with a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment, allowing for maximum wheel travel. Made in the USA, these arms are superior to cheaper imports. The uniball is adapted to the spindle/knuckle using model specific spacers machined from heat-treated stainless steel, ensuring a precise fit without the need for drilling or modifications. The 1-1/4 Inch uniball allows for a larger and stronger 9/16 Inch 12 point bolt with a low profile press-on uniball cap to resist the elements. Additional camber and caster adjustment is possible with the use of larger and stronger FK 7/8 Inch chromoly heim joints, which also eliminate flexing/deflection under hard use and braking without binding. AN/Mil-spec hardware, including a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut, ensures secure attachment of the heim joint. The installation process is simple. The new V2 design of these control arms increases usable wheel travel, corrects camber and caster, and eliminates weak factory ball-joints.
