DV8 Off-Road Carrier features a body mounted design that transfers the weight of oversized tires/wheels from the factory door hinges to the body of your Wrangler. The mounting location of our carrier positions the tire higher than the factory placement which helps to improve the departure angle with larger tires when rock crawling. The tire carrier is made from high-quality steel tubing that is built to withstand rough trail conditions while providing an aggressive design that accents your Jeep’s factory styling. The carrier’s hidden wiring and zip tie tabs allow for clean wire management of the provided LED license plate light. With the provided cam nut, the carrier can be adjusted for the perfect fit, and it can mount up to a 38x13.50 sized tire and wheel with a -25 max offset. The carrier also features two whip flag and antenna mounts and a hole at the center of the mount for adding a padlock to prevent theft of your spare tire. Our carrier is finished in a resilient micro-texture black powder coat for a uniform and sleek look.
